剝皮備料工段成套生產(chǎn)線適用于造紙和中纖板行業(yè)的原木剝皮，主要是將原木、小徑木等進行進行原木去皮，削片，其剝凈率可達95%以上。
The debarking production line can be used for MDF and paper manufacturing industry of debark log and small diameter log. Its debarking clean rate is more than 90%.

The rotary drum debarking made by our company adopts world advanced technology, with lower energy consumption, compact structure, clean debarking, and large productive capacity. 剝皮工段工藝路線：
1、原木——上料機——剝皮機進料斜槽——剝皮機——出料機——輥臺運輸機——皮帶運輸機——削片機進料斜槽——削片機
2、由剝皮鼓出料槽和輥臺運輸機落下的樹皮——皮帶機——能源工廠
Debarking Section Technical Route:
1、Log－Loader－Feed-in conveyer－Inclined Feed－in channel (Debarker)－Debarker－Discharge－Roller Conveyer－Belt Conveyor－Inclined Feed－in channel(Chipper)－Chipper.
2、Barks fall down from the bark discharging slot (including bark fall down the roller conveyer)－Belt Conveyer－Energy Factory.
